Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we will provide a refund on the service charges only paid to UstaadNow, refunds will not be made for the materials purchased by customer through vendor.


If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.


Customer need not have to worry about their payment, as their payment is protected under UstaadNow. We take anywhere from 7-18 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account of the customer had made the payment from.
