REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the service details, inclusions/exclusions of service and its FAQ’s listed on web site www.ustaadnow.com before booking online, via app or telephone, it provides all the details about the services.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we will provide a refund on the service charges only paid to UstaadNow, refunds will not be made for the materials purchased by customer through vendor.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Customer need not have to worry about their payment, as their payment is protected under UstaadNow. We take anywhere from 7-18 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account of the customer had made the payment from.
